Companies that are entered in the register of tourist fishing activities of the Fisheries Directorate, reports the Fisheries Directorate the catches of customers of the following species:

The catches are reported as number of fish per species, per vessel and per fishing trip by catch date. The report includes fish that were caught but not landed. Fishing trips without catch of the mentioned species can also be reported (zero catch).

From 1 January 2022, the catch report on digital systems approved by the Norwegian Fisheries Directorate will take place.
